Pink Himalayan Rock Salt
A naturally pink-colored salt known as Himalayan pink salt is mined in Pakistan, which is not far from the Himalayan Mountains in South Asia. Although it is mined similarly to rock salt, pink Himalayan salt is actually sea salt. A nutrient called salt may be crucial for preserving human health.
On the other hand, eating too much salt can cause high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke. Due to its health advantages, Himalayan pink salt is utilised as a table salt substitute. When compared to table salt or sea salt, pink Himalayan salt has a higher mineral concentration. Compared to table salt, it has a reduced sodium chloride content.
